I personally like Ryan Newman. I like the fact that he seems to have a good head on his shoulders and he goes balls out all the time.

Marcos Ambrose. Ambrose was the 1999 European Formula Ford champion, and then came back to Australia and won the 2003 and 2004 V8 Supercar Championships. Although he never did win the Bathurst 1000, he came close in 2005 before a DNF. As an Australian, it would be good to see him take it up to the "Septic Tanks ".

Mine is Juan Pablo Montoya because he proves that a driver of color can succeed in NASCAR and he does good things for Colombian children. He may be a little aggressive but which driver isn't?

You know, I tend to like dale jr. I can't really explain why, maybe just my inner redneck that just wants to yell out DALE JR every weekend

Mine was Rusty Wallace because I just grew up watching him and I cant really explain why but since he has retired I like Mark Martin, Juan Pablo Montoya, and Brad Keslowski because they are all really good and aggressive drivers in my opinion

18- Kyle busch doesnt back down. If he will take on all of Jr. Nation, i doubt he will be scared to take on 42 other drivers.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. I've liked him since he came up and he was my other favorite driver before SR got killed. Also, I love hearing all the haters conspiracy theories on why nascar cheats for him yet he's only won 3 races or so since the 04 season. I will always stick with my driver and when he gets back up near the top the haters will really be whining then.

Jeff Gordon. He never acted immature, always was a first-class boy and gentleman. He came into the series, and tons of people hated him because he stole the spotlight from Dale Sr. But I looked at him and saw passion in that young boy, and saw great driving skills, and he was always a great speaker and a great person. Being very good on the race track was not the only reason that he became my favorite, it was his personality and many more things. He was just an all-around great guy. He also opened up the door for new, young, drivers from the north. And he's kept that reputation to this date. Now he's happily married with 1 child, and another on the way, and is always great with the media and never acts stupid. Just an amazing guy. Jimmie Johnson thanks him so much, because if it weren't for Jeff Gordon, Johnson would not be the racer he is today. Gordon was the key to a new era of NASCAR.

As the avatar says, 'Awesome' Bill Elliott. When I was a kid he was my dad's favorite driver so I followed suit. As I got older I realized that ol' Bill was a real good guy who was very humble. He never blames other drivers if an accident is his fault and when it's their fault he doesn't seem to get angry. He also drives the wheels off any car he's in even if the equipment isn't top of the line.
