Any small amount of research will tell you that Mark Martin is the better driver. Nothing against Jr, but Martin is a stud.

Mark Martin has much better stats, but he also has been racing almost 20 years longer than Dale Jr. But Mark has shown he wins more races during a season. Why do you have to insult Dale Jr? What has he done to anyone? He is only an average driver and has never bragged to anyone that he is better than anyone. Is it a crime to just race because he has fun doing it? I'm not a Dale Jr fan, but I admire his laid back attitude.

Well, since they've been racing against each other in the sprint cup series, which would be since juniors' rookie year in 2000, junior has won 18 races, and martin has won what, 6 or 7? so i wouldn't be as quick as some of these other people to proclaim martin as superior. of course, to the haters, the stats won't mean anything anyway.
