Posted by: Maggie: RIP Kevin Grubb on 2009-05-07, 16:43:12 He's certainly on a roll and he's going to be one of our picks for Hell Kitten Racing. I could kick myself for not choosing Kyle for the A list last week. We took a dive. We will get it this time Storm Bandit!! WHOO HOOO!!! |

Posted by: Superdave on 2009-05-07, 17:10:10 I think Kurt would be a good safe fantasy pick this weekend at Darlington. Kurt is running a special paint scheme at the all-star race & 600. thesundayhauler.com/ store/ kurt_busch_miller_lite_taste_protector_lid2009.html |

Posted by: Jay on 2009-05-07, 17:12:49 Kurt is having a decent year, especially compared to the last one. Right now Penske Racing is either hit or miss on their chassis setups. Kurt might have a great run, or he might be running 25th all night. I'd pick him over Earnhardt anyway. |

Posted by: AJ W on 2009-05-07, 18:14:13 He's a tough customer this year. I wouldn't be surprised to see him in Victory Lane a few more times this year. That team seems to have gotten things together with the new engine, and they are going to be a threat all year long. Fluffy, that's a nice looking ride there. I'd rather have a '67 'Vette, though. |

Posted by: Senioritis Overdrive :) on 2009-05-07, 18:32:20 He is having a great year. However I didnt choose him for this track for that reason. I am saving him for other races like the August Michigan race :) |

Posted by: jedi master on 2009-05-07, 18:54:52 What about David Reutimann? Darlington's his kind of track. |

Posted by: karl_68coupe on 2009-05-07, 22:05:41 Kurt IS having a whale of a season. Go with him. Fluffy, you got me. Sniff, sniff, sniffle. I had a 70-something Satellite Sebring (it's been a long-long time, so I just don't remember the exact year) given to me by the mother of my girlfriend (at the time). After we parted ways (never really broke up, just went our separate ways) and I met my future/ present wife, I wrecked it. I rolled through a stop sign looking for an address, when I got T-boned by a drunk. It was still my fault because of the stop sign, but he went to jail and I got a ticket. I miss that car!! Not as much as my '46 Willy's Jeep, but I miss it. |

Posted by: Biner on 2009-05-08, 03:24:36 I think it's a great idea, history or not. |

Posted by: ŞΤθЯΜ ßåηĐiŧ on 2009-05-08, 03:45:42 Heck, we put Kurt in our fantasy nascar as much as we can. We still don't understand the rules but he is in again this week! |
|
Posted by: rita_stiles on 2009-05-08, 05:34:25 I think he will do well,,, like a top 10 or top 5. |
|
Posted by: D B on 2009-05-08, 06:25:18 Ya I put him on my team as well. T+ Roll = TROLL :) |
|
Posted by: Barry R on 2009-05-08, 10:10:56 I have left him off my team for this weekend as there are other options who historically have done better at Darlington. But I agree that Kurt is having a great season and deserves to be a fantasy consideration every week! |

Posted by: #1TruexFan on 2009-05-08, 11:16:04 Save him for Lowe's. He's using the same chassis as his Atlanta win in 2 weeks. |
|
Posted by: Gordon DRIVE FOR FIVE on 2009-05-08, 12:32:33 I think if Kurt keeps going the way he has been he has a good chance to finish well. GO 24!!!! |
