Casey Mears Videos And Information

Question: Any word on where casey mears will be going in 2010?

Rcr has said they will be making some changes, what are those changes? i really need to know because mears is my favorite driver and mears is beginning to turn his season around with good finishes. they didnt cut him, dont know if they will just need to know wow i asked where he is going in 2010, i didnt post this question to bash casey. thank you for that answer, yes mears does not have 1 dnf this year wow its not for sure that casey will be driving a different car next year.

Since Casey has never had success in NASCAR, he should find another career. Perhaps he should return to IRL.

Casey has never been a good NASCAR driver,sorry I have a friend that likes him too and i was laughing at him because he was so happy because Casey finished 17th.Maybe Casey could be successful in another form of racing.

I'm not sure what the RCR changes will be. I haven't heard that they will cut Casey except a few people wanting that to happen. Hopefully the changes will be to give the guys better cars (Clint, Jeff and Casey at least). I think he has improved a lot this year. He crashed almost weekly last year, and he hardly has this year. Also his finishes are while not great consistent. As for the comment about finishing 17th- well, until the past two races, that was pretty close to the sport's most popular driver's record as well. He's trying his best and improving. Not everyone can be Jimmie Johnson, you know.

He's getting switched to another team again??? Can't say I'm shocked. I just can't believe that Rick Hendrick kicked Kyle Busch to the curb before Mears. I think that he should just hang up driving in the NASCAR series. He's nothing but another obstruction for other drivers to get around on the track, and the RCR team have to hold their breath week from week wondering if they'll have a car at the end of the race.

A Nationwide Ride like full time #29 for RCR would be good. He did run OK in Nationwide Series. Top 10 in points I'd say.

Every single time I see a question about Mears on YA I have to cringe because I know there's going to be a million posts of bashing. He's never had a team he's been successful with for more than a year, I don't see why nobody ever gives him a break. Hell, he's had a more productive season than Harvick has so far, even. The only rumor I've seen about Mears' job is Jack Daniels might leave and Elliott Sadler might replace him. Just where Sadler comes from, I'll never know, but still. Childress himself has even said all Casey needs is some stability, so I don't see why he'd throw Casey around as well. As long as JD stays or they can find some sponsors to replace them with, I don't see Casey going anywhere.

RCR's #07, last I heard. The only things new are that Keselowski might sign with Penske (idiot) and McMurray might go to EGR (smart).

I dont know, but im sure with the year closing out, we will find out soon. They shouldnt however cut him. He is a Geat driver. He's really improving in the series and it would be horrible to cut the great run hes having.
