Question: Do you think the switch will make casey mears more competitive?

I think it will make him more competitive if anything right off the bat. Changes in crews & stuff for whatever reason spark the tenacity in some drivers. In the long run I don't think it will.

Well, I can't imagine he can be any worse. I think he can be more competitive with the switch. Mears tends to get better as the season progresses. I hope this crew chief switch works for him and he can develop some chemistry with his new team.

I really like Casey Mears but I don't think this is going to help. I don't think shaking up every body's schedules is going to do a darn thing. It's make or break time.

Mears is terrible, the only place he could be competitive is maybe the friday night dirt tracks.
